• We work exclusively alongside veterinary clinics.  At the moment we are working in the Murcia and Alicante regions.
• When requiring our service, you need to approach a veterinary clinic mentioned in the above regions.
• We provide you with a cremation certificate.
• You have the choice of keeping your pets ashes.  We present them in a wooden box, which will also have your pets name inscribed.
• All our vehicles are refrigerated.  This guarantees a secure and hygienic transfer from the clinics to the crematorium.
• We provide all veterinary clinics with specific type of bags that will conserve your pets’ body.  These also have identification badges.
• We offer an emergency service, 24 hours and 365 days a year.
• All our employees are qualified and are constantly under the supervision of a vet.

Spanish law states there are only two options: 

1. to cremate
2. burial (only if there is no infection)

All clients must ask and receive a cremation certificate.  This certificate must always be signed and stamped by a legal/licensed operating crematorium.  As we are both legal and licensed you can rest assured that the service we provide is to the highest standard.
